3. Intellectual Property: For B2B clients providing custom designs/logos, we guarantee your designs are never shared with or sold to other clients.
Terms of Service
1. Custom Orders: Production begins only after client approval of digital proof/sample. Once production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Payment: For bulk orders, a 50% advance is typically required, with the balance due before shipment.
3. Variations: Slight variations in color or texture (especially in leather products) are natural and not considered defects.
